Everkind was in its early stage, looking to define a scalable monetization model and create an onboarding experience that drives meaningful engagement from day one. I led the product and growth strategy across monetization and activation, working closely with the founding team.

We defined everkind’s subscription-based monetization model end-to-end. This included market and competitor analysis, pricing via willingness-to-pay surveys, and feature prioritization through MaxDiff. We focused on aligning pricing with perceived value early - ensuring users pay for outcomes, not features. We also designed and implemented the initial paywalls in Superwall, built to support scalable growth and future experimentation.
We designed the full onboarding funnel, centered around a persona-based questionnaire that assigns each user a psychologically grounded identity profile. Built in close collaboration with everkind’s clinical psychotherapist, the flow was designed to create immediate self-relevance - helping users start understanding themselves from the first session and increasing early engagement.
